The basic idea which will teach you how to act around girls is a simple technique.
Instead of flattering the girls around you, make jokes about them. In other words tease them.
Make fun of their hairstyle, earrings that they wear at the moment, the clothes they wear and their shoes.
You can also imitate their voice in a funny way or maybe if they made a spelling or pronouncing mistake during the conversation, you can tease them about that.

2. Take a noticeable look at her earring and say: “Hey your earring got rusty right here on this spot.” and point any spot on her earring. Then laugh saying: “Take it easy girl, I’m just teasing you.”
Hairstyle:
If she has long hair say that she looks awful with long hair and burst into laughing. Or if she doesn’t have long hair, then say she would look better with long hair.
You can also try making a silly suggestion like, “Hey why don’t you try shaving your head. I think you’d look better that way.”
And then laugh again saying you are just kidding. Or you can suggest to her to get a mohawk. That is also funny.
Shoes:
Depending on the color of her shoes you can make a joke.
Example: If they are red, say: “They are ok, but they are too red.”
Another good joke that I usually do is this one: “Hey girl nice shoes.” and when she says thanks ask her “Do they come in female sizes and colors??” And smile.
Voice, vocabulary and grammatical mistakes:
Make joke about their accent, about their voice, about the mistakes they made during the conversation.
Example: If their voice is squeaky or acute, in the middle of her sentence try imitating her voice and the things she says and then laugh out loud so she would see that you are joking.
If she made a pronouncing mistake, mention that word to her every 5 minutes and laugh while you say that. Don’t keep this going for too long because it will become boring.
Whatever you do, don’t compliment them too much. A few compliments won’t hurt but in the beginning it’s much better to tease them.
That way you show them that you are indifferent and that you don’t care if they will like you or not.
If you leave this kind of impression on them, they will start liking you and you will be able to make out with them and have sex later on.
